RGB Good Read Holding Time
This parameter specifies the time it will take for the RGB good read to change
the status from an Off state to Brightness state.
The delay can be set within a range of zero (0) to 255 milliseconds (25.5 sec-
onds) in 100ms increments. A setting of zero specifies no delay.
To set the time:
1. Determine the desired setting in milliseconds.
2. Divide the desired setting by 100 (setting is in 100ms increments). Pad the
