Gantry warning limit exceeded
The difference between the position actual values of the leading and synchronized axes is
less than the limit value defined with machine data:

Gantry leading axis
When the gantry warning limit is exceeded, the necessary measures (e.g. program
interruption at block end) can be initiated by the PLC user program.
Warning limit monitoring is rendered inactive when the value 0 is input in the following
machine data:

Gantry synchronization ready to start
After gantry axis referencing, the monitoring function has detected that the position actual
value deviation between the leading and synchronized axes is greater than the gantry
warning limit:

It is therefore not possible to start the automatic synchronization compensatory motion of the
gantry axes internally in the control.
The compensatory motion must be started by the user or the PLC user program (IS "Start
gantry synchronization"). The signal is processed for the gantry leading axis only.
After the synchronization compensatory motion has been started by the PLC user program
(IS "Start gantry synchronization" = "1").
