STARTER MOTOR DISASSEMBLY (For FL125SD)

• Disassemble the starter motor as shown in the illustration.
1 Housing end (outside)
2 Starter motor case
3 Armature
4 Housing end (inside)
• Remove the housing end (inside) 1.
• Remove the slip washer 2, thrust washer 3 (t: 0.2), thrust
washer 4 (t: 0.5) and starter motor case 5.
5 O-ring
A Starter motor lead wire nut
B Starter motor mounting bolt
