INSTALLATION

• Install the front fork to the steering stem.
• Tighten the front fork clamp bolts 1 to the specified torque.
" Front fork clamp bolt: 32.5 N·m (3.25 kgf-m)
• Install the front fender No. 2 2 and front fender No. 1 3.
• Install the front brake holder guide 4.
• Install the front brake caliper. ($5-21)
• Install the front wheel. ($5-13)

* Move the front fork up and down four or five times.
* After assembling the front fork, check each tighten-
ing part for looseness, play and other conditions.
* Check for oil leakage.
