CONROD AND CRANKSHAFT

1 Primary drive gear
2 Crank balancer drive gear
3 Crankshaft, RH
CONROD SMALL END I.D.
Using a caliper gauge, measure the conrod small end inside
diameter.
% Conrod small end I.D.:
Service Limit: 14.040 mm
& 09900-20605: Dial calipers
If the conrod small end bore inside diameter exceeds the limit,
replace the conrod.
