4) Disconnect the ET sensor coupler and turn the ignition switch
ON.
5) Measure the voltage between O/B wire A and ground.
6) If OK, then measure the voltage between O/B wire A and Br/
B wire B.
! ET sensor voltage: 4.5 – 5.5 V
$ 09900-25008: Multi-circuit tester set
' Tester knob indication: Voltage (()
Is the voltage OK?
YES
Go to Step 2.
• Loose or poor contacts on the ECM coupler
(terminal K or 4).
NO
• Open or short circuit in the O/B wire or Br/B wire.
Step 1 (When indicating P0115-H:)
1) Turn the ignition switch OFF.
2) Remove the rear center leg shield. (#5-6)
3) Check the ET sensor coupler 1 for loose or poor contacts.
If OK, then check the ET sensor lead wire continuity.
4) Disconnect the ET sensor coupler and ECM coupler.
5) Check the continuity between O/B wire A and terminal K.
6) Also, check the continuity between Br/B wire B and terminal

$ 09900-25008: Multi-circuit tester set
09900-25009: Needle pointed probe set
* Tester knob indication: Continuity test ())

When using the multi-circuit tester, do not strongly
touch the terminal of the ECM coupler with a needle
pointed tester probe to prevent the terminal damage
or terminal bend.
Is the continuity OK?
YES
Go to Step 2.
NO
O/B or Br/B wire open
7) After repairing the trouble, clear the DTC using SDS tool.
