CALIPER DISASSEMBLY
• Remove the brake pads. ($5-17)
• Remove the caliper holder 1.
• Remove the pad spring 2.
• Remove the rubber parts 3.
• Place a rag over the pistons to prevent them from popping out
and then force out the pistons using compressed air.

Do not use high pressure air to prevent piston dam-
age.
• Remove the dust seals 4 and piston seals 5.
#
The removed piston seals and dust seals must be
replaced with new ones to prevent fluid leakage.
