• Remove the insulator 8.
• Remove the return pipe 9, upper cushion seal 0, O-ring A
and lower cushion seal B.
INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal. Pay attention to
the following points:
• Apply thin coat of engine oil to the O-ring 1, upper cushion
seal 2 and lower cushion seal 3.

Replace the cushion seals and O-ring with new ones.
• Install the fuel injector as shown.
%
Never turn the injector while pushing it.
• Tighten the fuel injector bolts to the specified torque.
+ Fuel injector bolt: 9 N·m (0.9 kgf-m)
