4.11.1.4 DDNS Setup
The DDNS setup interface is shown as in Figure 4-90.
You need a PC with a fixed IP on the internet with DDNS software running on it. In other words, this PC is
a DNS (domain name server).
On the DDNS page, please select the DDNS type and check the Enable box. Then please input your
PPPoE name you get from you ISP and server IP (PC with DDNS). Click save button and then reboot
system.
Click the Save button and the system prompts for rebooting to activate the setup.
After rebooting, open IE and input the following:
http://(DDNS server IP)/(virtual directory name)/webtest.htm
e.g.: http://10.6.2.85/NVR _DDNS/webtest.htm.)
Now you can open the DDNSServer web search page.
