Enables the global Surveillance VLAN function.
enable surveillance_vlan [ name <vlan_name 8> | vlanid <vlanid 1-

Enables the global Surveillance VLAN function on a switch. To
enable the Surveillance VLAN, the Surveillance VLAN must be
assigned a name and there must be an existing static 802.1Q VLAN.
name <vlan_name 32> - The name of the surveillance VLAN
vlanid <vlanid 1-4094> - The VLAN ID of the surveillance VLAN.
Only administrator-level users can issue this command.
