Call Forwarding-Busy/Off-Hook

You can forward your calls to another extension

when your extension is busy or when you do not

answer the telephone within a pre-determined

1) Press the FWD-BSY/NA(F8) button.

2) Enter the extension number you wish to

forward the call.

FWD Bsy/Off-Hook/No Ans.

Input the Ext.No.

3) You hear the confirmation tone and then a dial

<Example> If you enter the phone number "116",

the display shows:

FWD(B/N) Ext116

- 4-F-2.04 "Call Forwarding - Busy/Off-Hook

FWD/DND All cancel

Allows you to cancel the FWD/DND feature of the

1) Press the All-Cancel(F9) button.

2) The FWD/DND feature is cancelled and the

display shows:

FWD/DND Cancel
