Setting the Message Waiting Indication of
another extension
1. Dial the extension number.
• Ringback tone, busy tone or
DND tone sounds.
2. Press the MSG key.
MSG
• After confirmation tone sounds,
the following message is
shown on the message line.
<Example>
Message: MW(Message Waiting) at EXT. 100
Canceling the Message Waiting Indication left on
the extension
1. Press an idle LOOP key.
LOOP
2. Dial the feature number for
Message Cancel "#9" (default)
and the extension number of the
message receiver in succession.
