Display is noisy
•
Adjust the input source pixel tracking, phase, and filter.
•
Verify the cables connecting the input device to the projector meet the minimum requirements.
•
Add signal amplification or conditioning if the distance between the input device and the
projector exceeds 25 feet.
Display has suddenly frozen
Turn off the projector and unplug the power cord from the power source. Plug the projector power
cord into a power source and turn the projector on.
The projector is on, but alternate content does not display
•
Make sure the lens cover is removed from the lens.
•
Make sure the lamp is on.
•
Make sure the douser is open.
•
Tap
on the main TPC screen. If the lamp does not strike, see
96.
•
Tap Menu > Channel Setup. Verify the correct channel is selected and the settings are
correct.
•
Ensure an active source is connected properly. Check the cable connections and make sure the
alternative source is selected.
•
Verify you can select test patterns. If you can, check your source connections again.
The display is jittery or unstable
•
Verify that the input device is connected properly. If the input device is not connected properly,
the projector repeatedly attempts to display an image.
•
The horizontal or vertical scan frequency of the input signal may be out of range for the
projector.
•
The sync signal may be inadequate. Correct the source problem.
Portions of the display are cut off or warped to the opposite
edge
If you have resized the image, adjust the resizing settings until the entire image is visible and
centered.
Inconsistent picture quality
Verify the quality of the signal from the input source.
