5. Carefully insert your fingers between the mask and the LCD panel and pry open
the latches. Start with the three latches across the top of the display mask.
6. Continue unlatching the mask along the sides (three latches on each side), at the
bottom (three latches), and the display hinges (one latch at the small hinge and
two latches at the large hinge).

Installing the Display Mask
To install the display mask, follow the steps below and refer to Figures 4-38 and 4-37.
1. Set the display mask in place and secure the latches beginning with the three in
the display hinges (two in the larger hinge and one in the smaller one).
2. Continue along the bottom of the display (three latches), along the sides (three
latches on each side) and across the top (three latches).
3. Secure the cover with four M2.5x6 screws at the corners and hinges.
4. Insert the two rubber cushions at the top corners and two mask seals at the
hinges to cover the screws.
5. Install the optional PCMCIA card, optional memory module, and battery pack as
described in Sections 4.4, 4.3 and 4.2.
