The show clns is-neighbors command displays IS-IS related information for IS-IS
router adjacencies.
The show clns is-neighbors command output is as follows:

Description
System ID of the IS-IS router.
Interface on which the router was discovered.
Adjacency state. Up and Init are the states of the ES or IS
neighbor.
System is an IS and is waiting for an IS-IS hello message. IS-IS
regards the neighbor as not adjacent.
Believes the ES or IS is Reachable
Displays whether the IS-IS router type is Level 1 or Level 2.
Indicates the routing priority.
Indicates the ISIS circuit ID.
