Ringing Signal Voltage, Frequency, and Cadence
25 Hz, 35 to 90 Volts rms superimposed on 66 V dc, 1 sec

another cadence may be 0.4 sec on, 0.2 sec off, 0.4 sec
on, 4 sec off

dc, 0.4 sec on, 0.2 sec off, 0.4 sec on, 2 sec off another
possible cadence is 0.375 sec on, 0.250 sec off, 0.375 sec
