Usage
An entry of silence means no tone. A final step of silence with an infinite
duration will be added internally to any tone sequence that does not end
in a goto.
An entry of goto means to repeat all or part of the sequence, beginning at
the specified cadence step.
Specifies the frequency and level of the tone.
