Troubleshooting the database

Introduction
This section lists problems that may occur with the database. For each problem,
it suggests a possible solution.
Cannot access the database
If the system cannot access the database, perform the following tasks:
Ensure that the Sybase services are running.

Ensure that you can connect to the database (for more information, refer to

Test the OLE DB connectivity using the Sybase OLE DB Provider
