Configuring Symposium Web Center Portal for e-mail and telephony integration
To configure the settings for the Transaction Monitor and the DTH
From the Start menu on the Portal Server, choose Programs ➝ Nortel

Networks ➝ Symposium Web Center Portal ➝ Portal Server ➝ DTH &
Transaction Monitor Configurator.
Result: The DTH & Transaction Monitor Configurator window appears.
2 Enter the Transaction Monitor and DTH settings you require.
Note: Nortel Networks recommends that you keep the default for the
Polling Interval. If you do make any changes to this value, you must restart
the DTH and the Transaction Monitor.
