Configuring outbound mailboxes
Introduction
This section provides information about configuring outbound mailboxes.
Agents are assigned to skillsets, not mailboxes, so you must ensure that the
correct skillsets are mapped to the proper mailboxes.
When you configure the outbound mailboxes, keep in mind that
only one outbound mailbox is created for each skillset

each mailbox can have multiple skillsets

you can map multiple mailboxes to each skillset through the Rules
!

outbound mailboxes are set up automatically to match inbound mailboxes
!
You can create a general mailbox account for outbound mail so that customers
see your reply coming from a mailbox name representing your company. For
example, customers who send inquiries to sales@letronix.com and
support@letronix.com may both see responses generated from
info@letronix.com.
Setting the From address as the Original Delivery Address
You have the option of determining how outbound e-mails are addressed. You
can allow the e-mail to originate from the original destination address; therefore,
if an e-mail is sent to the info@letronix.com address and routed to the
MM_Products skillset, the response from an agent originates from the same
address, info@letronix.com.
You can also map the skillset to a specific outbound e-mail address from the
drop-down list.
