Installing the External Web Server components with JRun and IIS

Overview

This appendix provides the procedures for installing and configuring the Sample
Customer Interface and Web Communications components using IIS as your
Web server and JRun as your servlet engine.
Before you install these components, ensure that you complete the steps listed in
the External Web server checklist (see "External Web server checklist for IIS
and JRun" on page 627).
