6 In the When agents respond to contacts on this skillset box, ensure the
skillset you want to map to the outbox is selected.
7 Select or de-select the Set the From Address as the Original Delivery
Address as necessary.
8 In the Alternately, and when agents initiate contacts in this skillsets box,
ensure the skillset you want to map to the outbox is selected.
9 In the Set the originating address as box, select the address to which you
want to map the skillset.
