To organize the rules assigned to a To address

On the Rule Administration window, click a To address.
Result: A table with all the rules to which the To address is assigned
appears. The table includes the Rule Name, Rule ID, Status, Sequence,
Type, keyword group, From address, Skillset, Application, Auto-Reply, and
Priority.

Select a rule from the list, and then click the up or down arrows to move the
rule.
To select a keyword group for a new rule

On the New Rule window, click the Keyword Group tab.
Result: The following window appears:

Select a keyword group you want from the list provided, and then click the
arrow button
Note: You can select up to three keyword groups for the new rule.

Select And or And/Not from the drop-down list, and then select the next
keyword group from the list.
