Configuring Symposium Web Center Portal for e-mail and telephony integration

Click the DTH Scheduler Settings tab.
Result: The following window appears:

Select either Enabled or Disabled for Schedule by DTH.

In the SCCS User ID box, enter the user ID you created on the Symposium
Call Center Server.

In the SCCS User Password box, enter the password for this user.

In the Confirm SCCS User Password box, reenter the password.

Click OK.
