Sets the size of the client TCP receive buffer. If you specify a size
manually, the buffer size should not be set lower than the normal MTU
size which is 1500 bytes.
The default client TCP receive buffer setting is auto.
Sets the size of the server TCP send buffer. If you specify a size
manually, the buffer size should not be set lower than the normal MTU
size which is 1500 bytes.
