IPsec Settings
This section explains how to configure the IPsec settings using the control panel of this machine.
1.
Tap the display area of authentication information at the top left of the Home screen, and then login as a
machine administrator.

Tap [Device].
3.
Tap [Connectivity & Network Setup].
4.
Tap [Security Settings].
5.
Tap [IPsec Settings] > [IPsec Settings].
Note

The display may be different depending on the optional settings.
6.
Configure the IKE authentication method.
Digital signature method
1)
Tap [Device Certificate].
2)
Select a certificate to be used for authentication, and then tap [OK].
3)
Tap [IKE Authentication Method].
4)
Select [Authenticate by Digital Signature], and then tap [OK].
Pre-shared key method
1)
Tap [Preshared Key].
2)
Enter a text string for the pre-shared key, and then tap [OK].
3)
Tap [IKE Authentication Method].
4)
Select [Authenticate by Preshared Key], and then tap [OK].
7.
Tap [IPsec Communication], and then select [Enabled].
8.
Configure other necessary settings.
