[Total Impressions]
Displays the total number of Color Impressions and Black Impressions.
Note

When print data resulting from color conversion using an ICC profile, for example, on the application is printed at Auto
(Color/B/W), even documents that appear in black-and-white on the monitor are printed in color. In this case, Color
Impressions is used for counting the number of prints.
The table below shows which billing meter is counted depending on the combination of area of paper and the
output color.

[User Account Billing Information]
Check the number of pages by individual user.
When accounting has been turned on, you can check the meter of currently authenticated user ID.
Use this function after authenticating as the authenticated user whose meter is to be checked.
Note

[User Account Billing Information] is displayed only when [Accounting Type] is [Local Accounting].
 Using accounting, you can check the meter of services configured to [Enable Accounting].
 [User Account Billing Information] is not displayed after logging in as a machine administrator.

[Reset Job Counters]
Reset the counts for number of prints counted for each function, total time of operation, and other counters.
Note
 [Reset Job Counters] is displayed when a user or machine administrator with accounting privileges has been
authenticated.
