*1 : The "N-up" setting is turned off for attached documents with the extension ".pdf" when "Print Processing Mode" is "PS" under
[PDF]. The 1-Up setting is applied even when a setting other than 1-Up is specified.
*2 : The setting will be invalid if the extension of the mail header, mail body, or attached file is".txt".
*3 : The original contents will be automatically enlarged or reduced in size to fit it to the output size when 1-up is set.
Note

Job attribute for the mail body and its attached files cannot be separately set. For transferring emails, job attribute for
the mail body of transferred e-mail and its attached files cannot be separately set. Files attached to e-mails are printed
according to the settings specified for the mail body.

If the original size and paper size differ, it may be scaled depending on the type of attached document.
1.
Use your e-mail software to create an e-mail, and then attach a file to the e-mail as necessary.

Enter the machine's e-mail address in the destination.
3.
Enter "@@job attribute@@" in the e-mail title.
To enter multiple job attributes, use the following format and use a comma (,) as a delimiter: "@@job attribute (,job
attribute) (,job attribute)@@".
Example:
Sending an e-mail by specifying the black and white, 2-up, and 2-sided printing (Long Edge Flip) settings with
"Reference" as the e-mail title,

@@mono,dup,2up@@Reference
Note
 When specifying job attributes, they are not case-sensitive and are considered to be the same.
 Use the single byte for the job attributes, comma (,), and @ mark.

4.
Confirm the e-mail title, and send the e-mail.
