Printing data saved on USB storage

Connect the USB memory to the machine and print the data saved on the USB memory. Print options include [Photo
Print] to print data stored in the standard digital camera format and [Print from USB] to print data stored in the
document format.
Important
Always backup data on the USB storage first. Data may be lost or corrupted for the following reasons. Fuji Xerox is not
responsible for any direct and indirect damages arising from or caused by customer data loss.
- When the USB storage is inserted or removed using a method not listed in the manual
- When affected by static electricity or electrical noise
- Due to a malfunction, repair, etc.
- Damage due to natural disasters
Compatible files
JPEG files
TIFF files
JPEG/TIFF of DCF 1.0 (Exif 2.0, Exif 2.1, and Exif 2.2)
Note
Folders of the DCF (Design rule for Camera File system) standard used by digital cameras are not displayed.
Media that exceeds 900 folders may not be recognized normally.
A file is not displayed when the full path of the file (character string including the folder and file names of all levels)
exceeds 257 characters.
A file may not be displayed on the screen when characters not supported by this machine are included in the file name.
When digital camera files saved on USB storage will be printed, save the entire DCIM folder of the digital camera.
900 files can be processed.
Use USB storage formatted by a computer. (Compatible formats are FAT12, FAT16, and FAT32 only. NTFS and exFAT
formats are not compatible.)
Use USB storage with a maximum capacity of 128 GB.
If model dependent codes are used in the file name, the file may not be recognized or displayed on the screen normally.
CMYK TIFF files and JPEG (JFIF) files are not supported.
Precautions During Use
Image files must be in the Exif format (JPEG/TIFF files created by computer) to be printed.
Remove media before turning off the power of this machine.

Extension: xps, oxps
DocuWorks documents
Extension: xdw
DocuWorks binder
Extension: xbd
JPEG (JFIF) files
Extensions: jpg, gray scale (8-bit), color (24-bit, sRGB
color space)
