If this item is turned off, firmware cannot be downloaded even when [Software Download via Network] has been
configured to [Enabled]. If this item is turned on, and [Software Download via Network] has been configured to
[Disabled], download via USB only is permitted.
Note
[Software Download via Network] is configured by Quick Setup when this machine is first started or by CentreWare
Internet Service.
[Drum Cartridge Conservation Mode]
Configure operation when [Output Color] was configured to [Auto].
[Data Indicator]
Configure the lighting pattern of the data lamp.
[Paused Job Handling]
Configure whether to resume a job automatically, stop a job automatically, or pause temporarily until the user
restarts operation when operation of a started job was stopped midway and left for the time specified for [Auto
Clear].
[First Page Printing Optimization]
Configure the machine to standby in color print or black-and-white print mode. Configuring a frequently used color
mode improves print speed.
[End of Drum Life]
Configure whether to cancel printing when the drum cartridge has reached its replacement cycle.

Important
Memory is reset when its capacity is changed, and all data stored in each memory area is erased.

[PostScript Memory]
Specify the usage memory capacity of PostScript.
[ART IV, ESC/P, 201H Form Memory]
Configure the work memory area when using forms with ESC/P. When storage (optional) is attached, the storage
(optional) is specified and cannot be changed. If storage (optional) is not installed, specify the work memory area.
[HP-GL/2 Auto Layout Memory]
Set the working memory area when using the HP-GL/2 Auto Layout feature. If storage (optional) is installed, the
storage (optional) is specified and cannot be changed. If storage (optional) is not installed, specify the working
memory area.
[Job Ticket Memory]
Specify the memory capacity to be used for processing of job tickets (that describe the number of output copies,
postprocessing, etc. of jobs).
