[Web Applications Setup]
Configure connection destinations of external access.
With external access, external services linked to this machine are displayed directly on the control panel and
documents saved on an external server can be selected and printed directly. Files can be printed without using a
computer.

[Other Settings]

[When Sending User Details]
Configure whether to display a confirmation screen when user information (authenticated user ID, password, email
address, service limitations, etc.) will be sent to a connection-destination server of external access when user
authentication was used at this machine.
Note

A confirmation screen appears when the authentication information is inadequate, even when [No Confirmation
Required] is configured.
[Web Browser Setup]
Configure settings for the web browser during external access. With external access, external services linked to this
machine are displayed directly on the control panel and documents saved on an external server can be selected and
printed directly. Files can be printed without using a computer.
Important

Configure [Web Applications Version] as necessary when using a service linked to another machine.
[Web Applications Version]
Configure the external access version.
Note

Configure [V4] when version 3 of the web browser will be used.
[Delete Persistent Cookie Upon Closing]
Configure whether to delete permanent cookies (with a fixed time) when external access is ended.
Note
 When the authentication feature is enabled, the cookie is permanently deleted when the user logs out regardless of this
feature setting.
[Clear Cache Upon Closing]
Configure whether to delete cache when external access is ended.
[Use Cache]
Configure whether to use cache.
[Accept Cookies]
Configure whether to use cookies.
