If fuses are being used, install 25-ampere fuses in the battery distribution fuse board
(BDFB) that powers the Alcatel-Lucent 1850 TSS-60 A and B feeders.

If breakers are being used, verify that 25-ampere breakers are installed and switch the
breakers to the ON position for the Alcatel-Lucent 1850 TSS-60 A and B feeders.

At the Alcatel-Lucent 1850 TSS-60 power cable connector, use a voltmeter and measure
the voltage on the power cable between BAT A and BAT A RTN. Then measure the
voltage between BAT B and BAT B RTN.
