Scheduled Transmission Times
Sets the scheduled transmission times.

p1 Recipient (1 or 2)
p2 Reference time: Hours (HH) (00 to 23)
p3 Reference time: Minutes (MM) (00 to 59)
P4 Interval (1h, 2h, 3h, 4h, 6h, 8h, 12h, 24h)
