Old Configure Card Resource Partition
A card resource partition defines the maximum number of logical connections (LCNs) that is assigned
to each controller's resource partition when a new ATM port or IMA group is created. Use the
oldcnfcdrscprtn command to modify the maximum number of LCNs for a specific controller.

oldcnfcdrscprtn <controller> <numOfLcnAvail>
