Delete Card Resource Partition
A card resource partition defines the maximum number of logical connections (LCNs) that is assigned
to each controller's resource partition when a new ATM port or IMA group is created. Use the
delcdrscprtn command to delete the LCN count from a specified controller on the current card.

Delete the LCN count for the PAR controller on the current AUSM card.
