Configure Card Resource Partition
A card resource partition defines the maximum number of logical connections (LCNs) that is assigned
to each controller's resource partition when a new ATM port or IMA group is created. Use the
cnfcdrscprtn command to modify the maximum number of LCNs assigned to all ports and IMA groups
as they are created.

cnfcdrscprtn <number_PAR_conns> <number_PNNI_conns> <number_TAG_conns>
