Description
This command defines the amount of time the service manager will keep the local sites in standby status,
waiting for BGP updates from remote PEs befoer running the DF election algorithm to decide whether the
site should be unblocked. THe timer is started when one of the following event occurs only if the site is
opporationally up:
• Manual site activation using "no shutdown" at site-id level or at member object(s) level (for example,
SAP(s) or PW(s)
• Site activation after a failure
The no form of this command sets the value to 2.

seconds — Spcifies the timer, in seconds.

Description
This command enables the context to configure multi-chassis parameters.
peer
Syntax
[no] peer ip-address create
Context
config>redundancy>multi-chassis
Description
Use this command to configure up to 20 multi-chassis redundancy peers. Note that is is only for mc-lag (20)
not for mc-sync (4).
Parameters
ip-address — Specifies the IP address.
Values
create — Mandatory keyword specifies to create the peer.
