Description
This command enables LLDP notifications.
The no form of the command disables LLDP notifications.
tx-mgmt-address
Syntax
tx-mgmt-address [system]
no tx-mgmt-address
Context
config>port>ethernet>lldp>dstmac
Description
This command specifies which management address to transmit.
The no form of the command resets value to the default.
Default
no tx-mgmt-address
Parameters
system — Specifies to use the system IP address. Note that the system address will only be transmitted once
it has been configured if this parameter is specified.
tx-tlvs
Syntax
tx-tlvs [port-desc] [sys-name] [sys-desc] [sys-cap]
no tx-tlvs
Context
config>port>ethernet>lldp>dstmac
Description
This command specifies which LLDP TLVs to transmit. The TX TLVS, defined as a bitmap, includes the
basic set of LLDP TLVs whose transmission is allowed on the local LLDP agent by the network
management. Each bit in the bitmap corresponds to a TLV type associated with a specific optional TLV.
Organizationally-specific TLVs are excluded from the this bitmap.
There is no bit reserved for the management address TLV type since transmission of management address
TLVs are controlled by another object.
The no form of the command resets the value to the default.

Parameters
port-desc — Indicates that the LLDP agent should transmit port description TLVs.
sys-name — Indicates that the LLDP agent should transmit system name TLVs.
sys-desc — Indicates that the LLDP agent should transmit system description TLVs.
sys-cap — Indicates that the LLDP agent should transmit system capabilities TLVs.
