The HDD is not correctly installed.
Power failure during the data
encryption:
The data encryption (NVRAM and
HDD) has not been completed.
Data read/write error:
The DMAC error is detected twice or
more.
The controller detects that the hard
disk fails.
The number of bad sectors in the
HDD (image data area) goes over
101.
The data stored in the HDD cannot be
read correctly.
While reading data from the HDD or
storing data in the HDD, data
transmission fails.
