DIAGNOSTIC CHART
TOYOTA hand–held tester
Connect the TOYOTA hand–held tester and check
operation of air conditioning cut control.
Check for open and short in harness and connector
between ECM and A/C amplifier.
Check voltage terminal ACT.
Check and replace ECM.
OBDII scan tool (excluding TOYOTA hand–held tester)
Check voltage terminal ACT.
Check for open and short in harness and connector
between ECM and A/C amplifier.
Check and replace A/C amplifier.
1MZ–FE ENGINE – CIRCUIT INSPECTION
Proceed to next circuit inspection shown
on matrix chart.
Repair or replace harness or connector.
Check and replace A/C amplifier.
Check and replace ECM.
Repair or replace harness or connector.
