INSPECTION PROCEDURE
Check voltage between terminal BATT of ECM connector and
body ground.
Check EFI fuse.
Check and repair harness or connector between
battery, EFI fuse and ECM.
1MZ–FE ENGINE – CIRCUIT INSPECTION
Remove glove compartment.
(See page EG2–309)
Measure voltage between terminal BATT of ECM
connector and body ground.
Voltage: 9 –14 V
Check and replace ECM (See page IN–36).
Remove EFI fuse from J/B No.2.
Check continuity of EFI fuse.
Continuity
Check for short in all the harness and
components connected to EFI fuse.
