• The ink freezes when it is left in a cold place which is under -4 °C for a long
time. Should it freeze, leave the ink cartridge at room temperature (at 25°C
[77°F] ) for three hours or more to unfreeze it.
• Do not disassemble or refill the ink cartridge, or it causes failures.
