5. Remove five screws [1], and remove
the MFBU board assy [2].
6. Remove six screws [1], and remove
the MFBU board [2] from the MFBU
bracket [3].
7. Remove the MEMU/1 [1], MEMU/2
[2] and RAMU board [3] on the
MFBU board.
