Starting SCSISelect

To start SCSISelect, follow the procedure below:
1.
If the following message appears at the boot or reboot of the system, press Ctrl and A
simultaneously:
Press <Ctrl> <A> for SCSISelect(TM) Utility!
2.
Select the proper channel on the following Device menu appearing next and press Enter.
3.
<When the Options menu does not include [Configure/View HostRAID Settings]>
The HostRAID feature is not activated. Select [Configure/View SCSI Controller Settings]
on the Options menu and press Enter. Then go to step 4.
<When the Options menu includes [Configure/View HostRAID Settings]>
Go to step 8.
IMPORTANT:
Use [Configure/View SCSI Controller Settings] only to
activate/deactivate HostRAID. Do not change other parameters.
Failure to follow this recommendation may cause hard disk drives
to malfunction.
The [SCSI Disk Utilities] menu is used to initialize hard disk drives.
