A temperature error in warning level was
detected.
A voltage error in warning level was detected.
A fan alarm was detected.
A fault or suspected fault of a power unit
installed in the Blade Assembly Unit is
detected.
The removal of a fan unit is detected.
NOTE:
before the power off even in a power-off state. If you power off the
CPU blade while the power failure is detected, replace the power
supply unit, remove the CPU blade, and install it to the other Blade
Assembly Unit, the STATUS lamp of the CPU blade may blink amber
even if the power supply unit operates normally. However, this is not an
error and you can ignore it.

1. Check the fan and heat sink.
2. Replace the CPU blade.
