Return value @GMA, unit_1, unit_2, unit_3, unit_4, unit_5, unit_6
format
Parameter unit_1 : Upper bit of the MAC address to unit_6 : Lower bit of the MAC address
00 to FF = 8 bit (in hexadecimal)
Values can be got only if Cat5e/Cat6 output option is installed.
