Parameter p_out_1-4 : Test pattern of each output
s_out_1-4 : Scrolling
0 = OFF [Default], 1 = 3 pixel/frame to 10 = 30 pixel/frame
Scrolling the output test pattern takes [the set value × 3 = the number of pixels to
be scrolled per frame].

Get output settings of test pattern
OUT1 scrolls "VERTICAL GRAY SCALE" (3
pixels per frame); other outputs do not output
any test pattern.
