Subnet mask: 255.255.192.0 (=18 bit).
Set OUTB subnet mask to 255.255.192.0
(=18 bit).
Terminated normally.
If you specify an invalid value for the subnet
mask, an error is replied.
Get OUTB subnet mask.
OUTB subnet mask: 255.255.192.0 (=18
bit).
