This 9-digit number is required when using Electronic Return Receipt. To get this
number, you need to submit Form 5053, Bulk Proof of Delivery to the USPS.

Weigh-on-the-Way™ (WOW)
A mail weighing mode that weighs mixed mail as it passes along the feed deck and
applies the appropriate postage.
WOW First Piece Only
A weighing method used for mail pieces that are identical (same size and number of
sheets). The system weighs the first piece of mail to be fed and calculates the post-
age. The rest of the stack will be posted with the same postage as the first piece.
