1. Select the Manage Accounts button on the Home screen.
2. Select Reports.
3. Select View & edit reports.
4. Select the report you want to print.
5. Select the Next button.
6. If necessary, you can modify the report settings. Select a setting, and then make the
appropriate changes. The settings vary, depending upon the report selected.
7. If necessary, select the Options button and save the report for future use.
If you want to save the report with the existing name, select Save. When prompted,
l
select Yes, save.
If you want to save the report with a new name, select Save as. When prompted,
l
select Yes, save as. Enter the report name and select OK.
NOTE: If the report was created by Pitney Bowes, "Save as" is the only available
option.
8. Select the Actions button.
9. Select Print report. The report will print on the attached printer.

Exporting Accounting Reports

Accounting reports can be exported to a USB drive in .csv, .xls and .pdf formats. Follow the
steps below to export an accounting report.
1. Insert a USB drive into an available port on the mailing system.
2. Select the Manage Accounts button on the Home screen.
3. Select Reports.
4. Select the View & edit reports.
5. Select the report you want to export.
6. Select the Next button.
7. If necessary, you can modify the report settings. Select a settings, and the make the
appropriate selections. The settings vary, depending upon the report selected.
